Update on Hyflux Limited

18 November 2021 - The Company provided an update on the status of liquidation, following the virtual townhall meeting held on 5 November 2021. For further details, please refer to the SGX announcement: General Announcement::FAQs after Townhall meeting - Update on Liquidation (sgx.com).

5 November 2021 - The Company's liquidators will hold a virtual townhall meeting on 5 November 2021 (Friday), 5 p.m. (Singapore time) ("Meeting") to provide an update on the work undertaken by the Liquidators since their appointment.  For further details, please refer to the SGX announcement: General Announcement::Townhall Meeting - Update on Liquidation (sgx.com). Holders may submit any questions they may have in advance of the Meeting to: hyfluxholders@kroll.com by 2 November 2021. The Liquidators will endeavour to respond to each question at the Meeting.

29 September 2021 - The Company's liquidators will hold a meeting of creditors which will be held virtually. The trustee has been informed that the primary purpose is for the liquidators to provide an update on the work undertaken by the liquidators thus far and to discuss the formation of a Committee of Inspection ("COI"). The trustee will be in attendance at the meeting.

21 July 2021 - The Singapore High Court approved the winding up application of Hyflux.  Borelli Walsh, Hyflux's judicial managers, was appointed the company's liquidators.

10 March 2020 - Leave to convene the Scheme meeting has been granted and the Scheme meeting is scheduled to take place on 22 April 2020
